| Bocca | Kerkstraat 96 | one of the city's oldest specialty roasters |

How to use this list
- Addresses come from directory listings read on 30 October 2026, and some disagree (Friedhats and Screaming Beans especially): check each roaster's own site or Google Maps before you go.
- We did not read opening hours: check them the same day.
- The Roasters app counts 156 specialty cafés and roasters in Amsterdam, so the list above is only a start. Other local roasters named in guides include Rum Baba and Stooker.
- For brunch with good coffee see brunch cafés in Amsterdam, and for cannabis venues read the coffee shop rules.
Between two coffees
The Oud-West roasters sit on the way from the centre to the Vondelpark, so you can combine them with a walk. After the caffeine, a boat is a calm way to see the centre: the historic city centre canal cruise shows the canals from the water.
