What the ticket includes
The classic tour goes through the Ajax dressing room, the players' tunnel, the pitchside and the press room, and ends at the trophy gallery. The ticket gives 10% off at the official Ajax shop. Tours start at Entrance E, do not run on match or event days, and the dressing room is closed on those days. Details are on our Johan Cruijff ArenA page.
Tiqets or the official website?
We could not read the price on the Tiqets listing: it appears at booking. Compare it with the official prices and check that the tour you pick (classic, guided or VIP) matches the one on the listing. Tours may be sold out or cancelled on match days: book a firm date. Guides speak Dutch and English; an audio guide is available in French.
What about a match?
Match tickets are sold only on the official Ajax ticket shop, with a verified account (ID checked in the app). Tickets bought on resale sites can be blocked. To see the stadium without a match, the tour is the answer; to learn more about matches, read seeing an Ajax match.
Pitfalls
- Access. The stadium is in Zuidoost: metro 54 or 50 to Bijlmer ArenA, about a quarter of an hour from Central Station.
- Bags. The stadium accepts bags no larger than A4, no pushchairs, and card payment only.
- Concert days. During the concert season only an "off-season" guided tour is offered.
- Children. Under-12s must be accompanied.
Which option should you choose?
- A fan who wants to see the dressing room: the classic tour.
- A commentated visit: the guided tour.
- A big fan: the VIP tour.
