The Amsterdam Cheese Company runs a guided cheese tasting of about 45 minutes in its shop at Kalverstraat 132, the main shopping street of the centre. The ticket sold online includes a live guide, in English, and the tasting; alcohol and tips are not included. It is a simple way to learn to tell Dutch cheeses apart without leaving the centre, before you buy any.
