What the ticket includes
The ticket gives access to several floors: a Banksy room on the ground floor, then works by modern and contemporary artists and digital installations. The museum says you save up to 20% online compared with the door, and the Museumkaart gives 30% off. Hours read in October 2026: 9am to 6pm, until 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays. If you arrive at the start of your slot, entry is guaranteed, with a 20-minute margin. Details are on our Moco Museum page.
Tiqets or the official website?
We could not read the price on the Tiqets listing: it appears at booking. Compare it with the €19.95 on the official ticket shop and check the time slot and the cancellation terms. For the evening, look at Fridays and Saturdays, when the museum closes at 8pm. Under-16s must be accompanied and pushchairs are not allowed.
Moco or Banksy Museum?
The Moco mixes a few Banksy works with artists such as Warhol, Basquiat and Kusama, plus digital installations; the Banksy Museum is devoted to Banksy alone, with more than 160 works. To see mostly Banksy, pick the Banksy Museum; for a contemporary art overview, the Moco, next to the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum.
Pitfalls
- The stairs. The villa has no lift: the museum is not wheelchair accessible.
- The prices. They vary by day and time slot: compare.
- The combined ticket. It is for over-18s only.
- The expectations. The visit is shorter than at the big neighbouring museums.
Which option should you choose?
- A contemporary art overview: the Moco.
- Mostly Banksy: the Banksy Museum.
- A tight budget: the Museumkaart, with 30% off.
